Not to be confrontational —- but it’s too bad that it takes deadly scandal or a criminal investigation (proven in a court of law) to halt the production of a drug that has already ‘damaged’ way too many people.

The difference is that new drugs stay elevated in the Peak of Inflated Expectations phase far longer (and usually stay there unless toppled by a deadly scandal or criminal investigation – like Vioxx for example).
