What bloody nonsense. I’m glad that someone is working to change the libel legislation in the UK. I thought we were litigation happy in the U.S., but I’m sorry to hear that this sort of import has crossed the pond. If anything, Rodial should thank Dr. Nield for unwittingly increasing publicity for their product, which apparently has had a positive effect on their sales.
