Byrnes, along with Atkins, was one of the biggest purveyors of animal protein for health. He practiced what he preached, and sadly, he perished very young.

He openly boasted about his own high animal fat diet and robust health—until he died of a stroke at age 42.”

How convenient of you not to mention that Dr. Stephen suffered a long time from AIDS that more likely lead to his detoriating condition and stroke coupled with heavy medications.

Very “ethically nagging” of you to avoid that point. Makes the discriminating reader wonder if you might just not be so up to the high-flying and not-partisan ethical atmosphere of “truth” your website claim?

They have many supporters, so be prepared for them all to come here to talk about about how credible medical experts are under the sway of the secret vegan conspiracy.

Or one of those raging vegans who believe that all meat and dairy is evil and are trying to convert the rest of us normal people?

I think carbs are much more dangerous than “meat and butter” ever could be. There’s nothing in this new “PYRAMID” that recommends we stop eating all the processed high carb flours that are making us sick.

Protein from wild animals or fish they hunted or caught themselves along with berries and wild greens? No processed foods, nothing made with ground flours or processed oils or sugar. Somehow our species survived on this diet pretty well. It’s the food manufacturing industries that are killing us, not the meat we’re eating.

How about fries? Bacon? Krispy Kreme donuts? Maybe they have Factor X too!?! I LOVE THIS BLOG!!!
