She almost died. It was the most horrific illness you could have even imagined. Nobody would want to die in this terrible way. She has never really recovered. Nobody needs to tell me that this was a very serious health crisis that needed to be addressed, and luckily the pandemic was averted because of the vaccination program.
Arguing against the H1N1 vaccine is like saying the polio vaccine was a waste of time because we rarely see polio anymore. The reason we don’t is because of mass vaccinations.
